Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp was born in Canada and is an actor who has appeared in multiple television series. VanCamp also has a great record in the world of film. She's popular in both Canadian as well as American TV. When Emily was 12 she became attracted to acting when she visited her sister Katie on the set of one of her films. She began taking classes in acting and auditioning after realizing that she had a passion for acting. The first time she auditioned was with couple of ads, and was soon selected for Are You Are You Afraid of The Dark A Canadian horror film for children. In the show, she appeared in a single scene with any spoken dialogue. The WB program Glory Days, she received her first big break at age 15. Emily's appearance on the show by WB Glory Days that was cancelled 9 episodes later, drew the attention and interest of Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily was an accomplished ballet dancer and was also a photographer. Teen listed her as the top young actress. In Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked her at number 51.

As I was a mom with one child with me, and other babies within the cradle was working 12 hour shifts cleaning floors and tear off wallpaper. Ha! The whole thing was beginning to take shape, however we weren't anywhere near finished. For furnishing the space would be a huge effort both in budget and time. I would also have go to my favorite stores. In order to keep my budget in good shape, I went out with my three boys in search for bargains in estate sales. We used to go on a weekly basis of walking around auctions and garage sales on Sundays and Saturdays and purchase a range of furniture, both new and old made. It was my job to spend the day at the end of the driveway, painting or sanding. It was a bit like this... That's where my passion for restoring furniture began. Even after our house was finished, I didn't want to quit! There was a place at the local markets in which I sold my pieces. Then, I ran out of numerous pieces of furniture to fit into the space available.
