Anna Popplewell

Anna Katherine Popplewell (born in London) is an English actor. Popplewell is famous for her role as Susan Pevensie in the fantasy film series The Chronicles of Narnia that brought her many recognitions. Anna Popplewell (born 16 December 1988) is an English actor in the field of film and television as well as a theater actor. She's played Susan Pevensie since 2005 in the Chronicles of Narnia series, Chyler Silva since 2012 in Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn and Lady Lola since 2013 in Reign. Anna attended her school, the North London Collegiate School, an elite girls' private school (2006-07). Magdalen College University of Oxford in Oxford, where she was studying English Language and Literature. Anna is a student of drama lessons at Allsorts Drama School since she was six. She took part in several stage productions for students. Macbeth for example was staged at FSX cinemas in Oxford, England. The Nun 2 is scheduled to premiere on 8th of September in 2023. She has appeared in such other feature films like The Little Vampire Me Without You and Mansfield Park. Dirty Tricks as well as the BBC costumes Dramas Love in a Cold Climate and Daniel Deronda were amongst her TV roles. The actress played the eldest Vermeer child in Peter Webber's acclaimed show Girl with a Pearl Earring. She was born and raised in London, being the daughter of a lawyer father as well as a physician mother. She was the eldest of three children who all attended Allsorts the drama school specifically for children. The sister Lulu appeared in Richard Curtis' Love Actually as did her brother Freddie. As I was a mom with one child with me, and other babies within the cradle was working 12 hour shifts cleaning floors and tear off wallpaper. Ha! The whole thing was beginning to take shape, however we weren't anywhere near finished. For furnishing the space would be a huge effort both in budget and time. I would also have go to my favorite stores. In order to keep my budget in good shape, I went out with my three boys in search for bargains in estate sales. We used to go on a weekly basis of walking around auctions and garage sales on Sundays and Saturdays and purchase a range of furniture, both new and old made. It was my job to spend the day at the end of the driveway, painting or sanding. It was a bit like this... That's where my passion for restoring furniture began. Even after our house was finished, I didn't want to quit! There was a place at the local markets in which I sold my pieces.
