Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson (born November 12 1975) is an American actor and model best known for her role on the American sitcom Step by Step where she played one of the daughter Karen Foster of Suzanne Somers her character Carol Foster Lambert. Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teaching Certificate and Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a National Board-certified Teacher who has 11 years of working in a classroom. Angela began this site at the age of three as a novice teacher, aiming to help teachers build an attitude of positivity and to discuss classroom strategies. The site was originally called Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for teachers from 2003 until 2008. Then it changed to The Cornerstone for Teachers, in the wake of the publication of her book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is in use by over 45,000 school districts for improving the efficiency of their staff. Initially designed for educators, 40 Hour was then expanded into a coaching program for instructional teachers and administrators. The program helps teachers become more mindful of their contract hours and teaching so that they can focus on what matters.

As I was a mom with one child with me, and other babies within the cradle was working 12 hour shifts cleaning floors and tear off wallpaper. Ha! The whole thing was beginning to take shape, however we weren't anywhere near finished. For furnishing the space would be a huge effort both in budget and time. I would also have go to my favorite stores. In order to keep my budget in good shape, I went out with my three boys in search for bargains in estate sales. We used to go on a weekly basis of walking around auctions and garage sales on Sundays and Saturdays and purchase a range of furniture, both new and old made. It was my job to spend the day at the end of the driveway, painting or sanding. It was a bit like this... That's where my passion for restoring furniture began. Even after our house was finished, I didn't want to quit! There was a place at the local markets in which I sold my pieces.
