Julia O'Hara Stiles started acting as a young girl. She began her career with television and stage appearances. Then, she was offered roles in classic teen movies. Grey was a part of a variety of TV movies, like The Westside Waltz, with Shirley MacLaine and Liza Minnelli, HBO's Fallen Angels - A Dime a Dance Cable Ace Nomination for Best Actress Murder in Mississippi, as Rita Shwerner; and The Road to Christmas. She appeared as a recurring part in David Milch's HBO series, John From Cincinnati, as well as guest starring on Friends as well as The New Adventures of Old Christine with her the husband Clark Gregg.

As I was a mom with one child with me, and other babies within the cradle was working 12 hour shifts cleaning floors and tear off wallpaper. Ha! The whole thing was beginning to take shape, however we weren't anywhere near finished. For furnishing the space would be a huge effort both in budget and time. It was my job to spend the day at the end of the driveway, painting or sanding. It was a bit like this... That's where my passion for restoring furniture began. Even after our house was finished, I didn't want to quit! There was a place at the local markets in which I sold my pieces. Then, I ran out of numerous pieces of furniture to fit into the space available.
